Who is responsible

Vive Copenhague is responsible for the data you send us. You can contact us on WhatsApp (+45 81 93 66 94) or on Instagram (@vivecopenhague).

What data we collect

The booking and team forms collect your name, email, phone (optional), tour, date, number of people and the message you write.

What we use it for

To answer your enquiry, manage your booking or assess your application. We do not sell your data or use it for anything else.

Who we share it with

We use the Web3Forms service to receive forms by email. If you pay online, the payment is processed by Stripe: it receives the data needed to charge you (name, email and card details) and we do not store your card details. If you choose WhatsApp, the message goes through WhatsApp. We do not pass your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations. Applications are kept while there is mutual interest, and you can ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to its use, by writing to us on WhatsApp. You can also complain to the Danish data protection authority (Datatilsynet).

Cookies and fonts

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address when the page opens.
