Cancellation and refund policy

If you cancel

You can cancel for free up to 48 hours before the tour starts and we refund 100% of what you paid. With less than 48 hours notice, or if you do not show up, there is no refund.

Changing date or time

You can change the date at no cost up to 48 hours before, subject to availability. Message us and we will find an alternative.

If we cancel

If we have to cancel or move the tour (dangerous weather, guide emergencies or minimum group size not reached), we offer you another date or a 100% refund. We will tell you as early as possible.

How to cancel

Message us on WhatsApp (+45 81 93 66 94) with your name, the tour and the booking date.

How you get your refund

We refund the amount to the same payment method you used. It usually takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Online payments are processed by Stripe. If you paid a deposit, the refund covers what was actually paid.

Right of withdrawal

Under European Union consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services for a specific date or period, such as a tour. Cancellations are therefore governed by the terms on this page.

Private tours and groups

Private tours, groups and cruise passengers may have specific terms, which we will tell you when we confirm the booking.
